erm.....not very interesting in my opinion. I have no idea why they are adopting a rear end imilar in profile to cars such as the Ford Escort etc as apposed to a ore upright design such as the Ford Focus or Mazda 3, it just looks so old style...... More pics may improve things

In that photo the MG 6's stance reminds me of cars such as the new Honda Insight which isn't very flattering at all while the wheels bring fast Seats to mind. Hopefully when new pics are out it will look better

I like it alot. The profile is dissapointingly backward (notchbacks are so 1990, although if this is really a D-segment as has been rumored then that's still the norm) but the front end looks fantastic.

That's not a notchback.

I was gonna say, the roofline has a pretty nice slope to it. It looks good altogether, not too "stand-out" but it is supposed to be an MG sedan.

Well alright then. The shape at least reminds me of notchbacks from the '90s, but other than that I really like the way it looks; I love the surfacing around the MG badge on the front end especially.

I don't like the name however. MG6 just seems a bit generic; there was nothing wrong with the old naming scheme. Why not call this MGC or MGD to denote its segment or something? (I'm still not clear on whether this is a C-segment or lower-end D-segment)
