Thats the same thing i have a problem with... and like i said i hope if the LC200 was to get the same engine (not the Twin Turbo version) it has alot more Kws and Nms....

This is a truck, IT DOESN'T NEED MASSIVE FIGURES! It also doesn't matter if it is slightly more expensive than a LandRover or Jeep, as parts costs for toyota are MUCH cheaper than either of the two competitors. All the Toyota needed was a mild facelift to keep it looking fresh, and I don't think they did too bad a job.It wouldn't matter if it was an absolute heap of junk either, because if you stick a 'Toyota LandCruiser' badge on it it'll sell millions. Everyone should have learned that from the Corolla. The Corolla is WAY behind the competition at the moment, and it still manages to be Australia's best selling car!

The airbags are new in the Australian 70 series (besides new dash and other things), but it's had the 1VD-FTV V8 T/D since early 2007.

Nah, the old 4.2 litre 6cyl T/D was Euro III, the T/D V8 that we've had in Australia since early '07 is Euro IV.
