Something to look forward to, and I'll be there - not on the press-days but during the public show days. Nice, too, after a wild and amazing 2018 Geneva Motor Show! The NY Auto Show is the only event that I actually attend.

I moved to Manhattan in 1979, and went every year to the New York Auto Show through 2014 when I retired and moved to Florida. I even went a number of times from PA with my Dad when I was a kid (my favorite was outside the show - the Cannonball Ferrari Daytona).

I'm proud that this show seems to be eclipsing Detroit as the pre-eminent American show. I have lots of great memories. In 2014, when I knew I'd be buying a car soon, I sat in dozens of cars, and my 2015 Fit won my heart.
