We all know what this is previewing. And it's looking good. Shame though, that clearly proportions are a bit wilder than they will be on production version (comparing to the spy shots), so the whole thing willl end up way less dramatic probably.

At least the back side is so much better than the new A-Class anonymous Kia Rio end....

I really like this, THUMBS UP Merc.

...wait, why is the fuel cap on the left side?

I dunno...the cabin looks too swept forward and the overhangs too uniform, to the effect that what is undoubtedly a RWD mini-CLS preview looks more like a FWD Nissan concept, or something. The CLS schtick just doesn't translate well onto a car of this size; in order to get the sweeping arc of the "coupe" roofline they have to make the greenhouse longer and that fatally compromises the proportions. I'm actually more excited about the normal C-Class, which has hopefully managed to retain a uniquely German stance/proportion.

Lots of bling, but not much taste.

So this is supposed to be a 4-door coupe based on the A-Class? Looks larger in those photos...i love it personally, i don't think its too much bling, i mean this IS the concept. I wonder if this nose and rear end will make it on the facelifted E-Class

I like it. They did a good job of working with the FWD proportions.

I thought this is a FWD car?

Yeah, I didn't realize that at first; I thought it would be to the C-Class what the CLS is to, say, the E-Class. Evidently it is FWD. Which doesn't change my assessment of the design overall, but does explain a lot.
