This car is a 6/10 and could have been better. Looks like Chris Bangle got hired at Nissan. I'd recognize Bangle butt anywhere. The nose is ok. The DLO is the same ugly one from the 370Z, but the tail is artificially short which forced some BAD styling compromises. Lengthening the tail would allow a far better resolution. Lengthen the tail and you could easily evoke the 240Z. A new 240Z would be delightful and I hope they clean this up and use it for that purpose.

This is, for me, one of the unexpected highlights of the show. Tone it down and build it.

Well, where is this car? I get it no RWD Infiniti anymore, no 370Z successor (because no SLK successors), not new GT-R, but why no electric RWD compact car? Sell it for the same price a Leaf.

Because very few [and decreasing] consumers with the financial means of buying a new car actually consider a RWD sports car in the first place, much less an electric version. And with autonomous tech taking the wheel in the near future, it doesn't make sense investing in sports coupes anymore.
