Default 2020 Audi A4

Nice update, yes this is the facelift, but it's much bigger than just a new bumper, so decided it should be its own thread.

I get that more current Audis have fender "blisters" that don't align w/ the character line, but that design detail looks so, SO bad on this car.

I honestly think this looks worse and more dated than before

I thought the interior should get a complete overhaul? It looks exactly the same beside the bigger main screen and lack of MMI wheel because of touchscreen.

This, and the space between the hood and the grille. It looks horrendous.

I think the title is wrong. This is the 2002 model.

This is altogether rather bad; The current A4 looks super boring in real life, and adding weird creases, super huge fake exhausts and vents did not really change the dated and boring feal; The "Quattro blisters" (I hate the term) are the only thing that would enhance the look, but the way the crease ends makes them look very obviously "afterthought";

On the other hand, everyone was expecting a fresh interior in line with every other Audi, and I don't see any changes there; I guess exactly zero people in Munich got nervous after this reveal.

I wonder why they even bothered with such an extensive facelift (new door panels, front & rear fenders) when very similar effect could be reached by simply slapping new lights, grill and bumpers.

I'm also not a fan of this - too much unnecessary details. Sadly the days of clean, sharp looking Audis are gone.

Interior on the other hand is fine IMO - it was very nice before the facelift to begin with, now it has a big touchscreen(to be fair integration with the dashboard could be better), you still have buttons for the most important features and there's no glossy piano black surfaces plus the usual Audi built quality - what's not to like about it?
