Default 2021 Cadillac Escalade

I can't find an existing thread for this somehow. There have been several heavy-camo exterior shots already, but here's the best look inside so far:

This looks very very good. Finally some larger bits from the countless concepts they've drawn out over the years.

Wow...they finally got rid of the shifter on the steeling column. Finally.

The dual screens are atrocious.

Interesting...I disagree. I think it's a refreshing take on the dual screen trend, particularly as it looks like the central infotainment screen will actually wrap around the gauge screen on both sides, like the Escala concept:

The amount of shiny black plastic inside is quite bad IMO; finger print magnet, reflection source, and scratching easily.

So much potential for GM to hit a home run, yet they stumble with this product and do not achieve greatness.

Gotta agree with you here...they took the face of THE MOST VANILLA PRODUCT made by ANY domestic company and grafted it to the face of a product that is probably one of the most ostentatious products (historically speaking) of the domestics.

This said - the interior is nice.

Not the most exciting face on a premium SUV. Maybe it will look better once official photos appear.

Huge screens teased. Debut is set for early February. They claim it's "the first curved OLED in the industry with over 38 inches diagonal of total display." The article misleadingly just says it's the first OLED curved display, but pretty sure that goes to the Porsche Taycan's gauge screen.
