the LS9 is rumored to have 650hp+ so yeah they plan to stay way ahead of the game.

although, I think there was a V10 mopar engine on display at the chicago show that produced 650hp with some minor tuning and parts from mopar.

found this on gminsidenews.com

"Queen says the C7 Vette will stick will a naturally aspirated V8 and RWD (not AWD). But power will climb by another significant increment, up to around 700 horsepower. 'We're working hard to get that power onto the pavement,' Queen said, mentioning that weight and weight distribution are the keys.

he took it for a joyride!!!
im starting to smell an intentional leak here to stir interest in the car. Would an average dock worker know to take pics of the brakes and all the little nooks and crannies of a car mule? And wouldnt he be there with someone to help him? Because if there was someone else, why didnt he stop him from taking a joyride? if he told him to do it then he shouldve lost his job too, for not preventing the incident. It just seems a little fishy to me that this would happen so easily. Oh and the mule is worth a million bucks.

since the mule was on its way to the nurburgring, where are pics of it there?

^ he would if he frequents boards such as fast-autos.net, plus I don't think his bosses would tell him not to touch the car because its super uber secret and it costs 1M bucks.

I know I would. atleast sit in it and rev it a little bit.

Just another source for the Red Corvette, in case the other link dies.

The Blue Devil is pretty much a non-event at this point. We all know it's coming and we know it will be a tarted up Corvette. Having it have a different shell would have been cool.

I think its pretty quick to jump into that conclusion.

There isn't much that we know of how it will end up looking, all we know is that its going to be ******* FAST!

But if it does end up looking like another Corvette with different wheels and some added vents so what?

It's not like baby jesus is going to come back to life and die again because of the blue devil doesn't look apart...

Look at Porsches they all look the same yet no one ********************es and whines about it.

If this thing can hang with Carrera GTs it better be fast. Especially on the track, which I hope he is talking about. I guess with the performance of the Z06 and the huge power increase it was expected to reach over 200, but how it performs in areas other than a straight line ought to be interesting.
