Eh, I think the only people who will care that it's a redesign will already know it is. The rest of the people will just be looking for a new car with pretty looks and an affordable price tag. The fact that it doesn't look like a redesign just won't be a factor for them to consider.
The biggest turn-off I'm seeing here is the sharply increased MSRP.
