Thanks and keep up the good work, this is my favourite post!!
Just to bolster this request from DEVILax really :) because I cant click a 'like' button on here I remember seeing many years ago of pictures of a much taller Focus Mk1 estate, testing with a Zafira, and featuring blacked out rear windows. I also remember reading that they let children into the research clinics, to make sure that they got everything on this (cancelled) car right :)

Liking the comment how in the 60's designers worked with pencils and clay. They still do...

Some rather fascinating shots. The Monza wagon reminds me vaguely of the Cavalier wagon.

That car caught my interest. Any more information & pictures of the Project 1750? Looks like a production ready car. Googling led me back to CSS.

This is what i know: In 1990, General Motors Brazil was busy making a minivan. Within this program General Motors Brazil (GMB) saw the possibility of using the platform for a sedan too. From this point they created the Project 1750, with a Brazillian design. The car would be powered by a 4-cylinder or a V6 engine, which powered the front wheels. The Project 1750 was about to get showed to the public on the Car Show of 1990, but on the last it was removed from the show because the minivan project was cancelled.

Does anyone think the 'minivan' could have been the Ford MAV?
