Haha, I know, it's wild. I guess I'm not that sentimental about low VIN numbers...I'd rather pay sticker (not that ZR1s are probably going for as low as MSRP) than pay $1 million for the very first car. Even though again, it was for charity, so someone really rich got a crazy tax write-off with that purchase

Interestingly, a prototype Cobra Jet Mustang drag racer (one of three) outsold the Camaro, at $375,000 (plus commission, taxes, etc.). Kind of embarassing for the Camaro crew, IMO. They were going to auction the very first 2010 Shelby GT500 but didn't; according to Autoblog Carroll Shelby was sick and couldn't be present, so they postponed that one. They did auction the first SVT Raptor, though, I think it went for like $140,000.

Sorry, random tangent, I know. But there were a lot of "Production Car #1" auctions at Barrett-Jackson this year, which I find to be quite fascinating. Was a little disappointed the Camaro didn't bring more.

It'll come to the UK but in LHD form in 2011. Not sure about any other RHD market.

If Holden isn't planning to bring these in, we can always rely on the parallel importers I guess.

There are companies selling locally converted (Including headlights.) RHD Mustangs, Corvettes & so on down under.

Man, I wish Australia is like the UK, where parallel imported LHD cars are registrable with the steering wheel still on the wrong side.

Holden said they would bring it here, but yet again another failed promise. This car will not come to Australia, or the UK. They will not be building it in RHD last I herd? Pitty.

But like you said, many compaies convert Mustangs over, and make quite a killing, so no doubt this car will join their list. Especially when you consider they buy a GT for US $30,000 and sell it for $140,000 Australian!

It's certainly coming to the UK but in LHD in 2011.
