Default 2009 Nissan Murano

Looks like a minor facelift with Qashqai tail lights.

Why did they change the tailights? They looked great, i hope this one doesn't end up looking like a Tiida or even Qashqai from the rear

Judging by the small arch in front of the steering wheel, the dash seems to be less "Transformers" and more Frontier.

Is it just me or does the A-pillar seem to have been pulled forwad a couple inches?

Maybe it's just the Camo. The taillights were really not suited for the car IMO, they seemed a tad too retro for the rest of the design to me, I can't say that what they have now is any better, at least not for two more weeks.

I think the front and rear extremes are all new. The doors might be carryover. I think Nissan will sell this as an all-new model instead of just a refresh.

What "or even Qashqai"? Cashcow looks great from behind, don't you think? When I compare to the other SUVs in its segment, it is the only car that looks upscale. It's like a smaller Murano. The others look like junk. One exception is Jeep Patriot (which looks like chunk ), it doesn't even try to look soft, which is a good counterpart.

I need to see more....I own a Murano - so I'm pretty anxious to see the follow up.

I think this is much more evoluationary then revolutionary...which is fine with me as I love what I have.

Mate if u think that the Qashqai looks great and more upsacale than all the other SUV's which u call "junk" then it is entirely your opinion. Personally i love the way the Murano looks and i preffer it 100 times better than a Qashqai. Now i assume by "the others look like junk" you mean cars in the Qashqai segment? Not many there in the first place. Jeep Patriot? Gimme a break, since when does it compete with a Qashqai? You really got me confused here

I own an '06 Murano SL and I love it very much, it does indeed perform and handle well!
Of course we'll know more in less than a month, but this does look to be an evolutionary update perhaps with more character and content. I would safely guess that the engine would probably be upgraded to the 270hp V6 found in the Altima (the engines in the next Maxima and Z, both on deck, will obviously be far more potent) and maybe a manual mode or paddles for it's CVT tranny, just speculation. The 240hp V6 in the current model performs very well, this of course will have an edge.
I'm looking forward to seeing this.
