Much better than the last Bullitt edition. Pretty nice this time, and in Highland Green only apparently, like the last one should have been.

I still think this is what the original Mustang GT should've looked like. Personally, I find the front end looks ten times better without the driving lamps in the grill, although a GT would probably retain the galloping mustang in the center. Interior is sharp too.

Sweet. Such a sleeper... and I LOVE the machine-turned metal look of the dash. I do wish they'd done a little something else with the wheels... maybe a deeper lip or something... and I think it looks a little empty with no emblem at all up front, but I'd still love to drive one of these babies around. In a turtleneck. And some aviators.

Very sharp, nice presence and pays great homage to the original of Steve McQueen fame. The only shortcoming I see here is the lack of driving lights. Maybe they're there but discreet and I missed them (the Saleens have the driving lights more discreet than the GTs, not in the grille), they could be clustered within the headlight housing, or maybe they're integrated into the parking/turn-signal lights and will light up amber and not white, I'm not sure at this point.
Does anybody know if the Bullitt contains driving lights discreetly hidden, if at all, or the absence of driving lights like the entry-level V6 Mustang? The Bullett edition is a higher edition and I feel should contain them.

LOL:

Engineers modeled the car's exhaust note on the engine sound heard in the original movie, based on a specially mastered DVD, Ford said.

It will also be available in black.

And further from Autoblog, a pic with a black one in it (as Domino pointed out)

I have a feeling that the driving/auxiliary/fog lamps are integrated in the parking/turn-signal light cluster and illuminate in amber instead of white such as that of the GT and others; that's what some of the front-end shots give me the impression of.
The lack of a horse-logo in the grille, maybe it's closer to the theme of the original Bullitt Mustang, but on the other hand, it either gives the appearance of an entry-level V6 Mustang, or a more generic car brand that would either appear in a ad, print or TV commercial, or in a movie or TV series where royalties wouldn't have to be paid.

Of course, the Mustang design language is unmistakable and I feel that the Bullitt, though legendary, is intended to have some sleeper appeal rather than in-your-face attitude.
