For some reason, the front looks... awkward. I can't wait to see one in real life.

Nothing exciting! I would say tha this is the car that already looks a bit dated...
I'm sure that EVO10 will be much sexier than tis!

I think it looks great! though the gts model isn't the ralliart is it?

I wonder if the ralliart and evo x will get bonnet scoops...

My thoughts exactly; I'm sure the EVO will be awesome, but the run-of-the-mill Lancer strikes me as...well... mediocre, at best. The design is front-heavy and aside from the deep strake along the side has nothing really distinguishing about it. It doesn't stand out nearly as much as I anticipated; indeed, I even have to agree with the above observation that it looks a little dated.

Is this really the car to show the world Mitsubishi can still compete?

OK, how do we go from this?

to this?

the grill area is too different and most likely changed due to EU pedestrian laws? but why change the damn glasshouse? it was fine the way it was on the concept. Ah screw this car, seeing as we got press pics coming for detriot, bring in the Jag Concept.

Looks great and it's different to current model. This will be sold in Asian countries too, looking forward to see that and Evo X next year or 08.

Some of the information still doesn't make sense.

All 3 garden variety lancers will have a 2.0L?

Which model is getting the 2.4L? I assume the GTS is equivalent to Australias VRX, which currently uses a 2.4L...

As styling goes i think the GTS, model looks very close the concept x...

The main differences being the front bumper , bonnet and wing, wheel arches.

I think all of those things, except the wheel arches will be changed for the RAlliart and EVO X, so all in all its going to look VERY close to the original concept, which makes me believe the hatch version will also remain the same as the concept.

I think this car is deffiniately going to show people that mitsu can survive, but i seem to be in the minority.

I'm deff going to buy a EVO or ralliart
