Very... generic? I think it's sort of sad to see Infiniti morph their design language in this direction - towards more flat, calmer surfaces. It's where much of the industry is heading, but Infinitis always had a strong emotional quality to their sheetmetal. So much has been squared off and made regular, to the point of losing most of its character.

They've even ditched their signature D-pillar treatment for something more mundane. This looks far too much like a Lincoln Aviator with the wrap-around glass...

This is what Infiniti has been working on all this time? If they don't improve the interior they are done for.

If it wasn't for the inifniti logo, it could easily be some random concept from China.

+1.

I think this looks very nice, actually, but the chrome spears have already been done on other productive cars, even if not in the exact same way. And, while the shape is lovely, the productive car presumably won't be quite a beautifully sculpted. And, perhaps more problematically, the Aviator and Evoque beat Infiniti to the market w/ equally seductive shapes.

I'd say it is surprisingly good, clean and elegant enough, without being weird (it#S sad that not being weirdly ugly is already kind of a stand out feature today); I agree it could be pretty much everything, but at least better that than ugly.

I find it quite nice. Not that the previous one was wasted though...

Would Infiniti be that foolish?
