Its interesting that neither Toyota nor Honda want to deliver a Mazda 5/Ford Cmax type vehicle to the USA.
I do think there is a segment of the market from young families to downsizing post families where this size/type of vehicle works well.
Honda had been rumored to be bringing the Stream over to the US for years, but that never manifested.
Besides, even Ford doesn't want to deliver a Mazda5 competitor to the US market; they canned the three-row CMAX and decided to only bring over the 5-seater CMAX.
We get both in Taiwan, but the sales of the two are more or less neck-to-neck; I think the Wish sells about 100 more units a month than the Innova. Both are marketed to different demographics, though. Innova ads are always about hauling stuff while Wish ads are more urban-looking.
