Attributing comments to me that I did not make is dishonesty on your part, but that's how you have rolled in the past so... Tests of Subarus without fail mention their "thrumming" engines or their "unique sound" and in the context of the review, such verbiage is not positive. As for the 911, you cannot ever convince Porsche Super Beetle fans there is anything better, though the sound of numerous other engines is more pleasing than the sewing machine whine of a 911.
