Looks like an nice car... I had problems with this car for a while now - Bob Lutz had this idea to pomp GM a bit by offering press previews of this car loong, loong, loong time it will see the production. This made people in turn talk about it as it was something thats around (same as MB's upcomin R class for example) and that annoyed me a lot. :-).
Nothing worse than showing something thats going to be around in 2 years, and then talking as if you are selling it now.
Other than that, it should be an interesting car. 170hp in small and attractive package. Pricing should be around 20k, with NO options at all (Lutz said no electric windows), marketing guys will probably counter this since it is probably better to offer it for 21k with all the normal goodies than for 20k as if it was an Elise or something.
Oh, and weight should be anywhere from 2950lbs (optimistic), and 3200 lbs (reported)... you get what you pay for :-)

That's an interesting weight for this type of car. I would think they would at least try to get down around the original weight of the Fiero (2500-2600), But you are right, you get what you pay for. Would be nice though if it at least had an aluminium body, even if it bumped the price a bit.

really cool looking car.... Amazing of you tio see this in real life, and the other test cars.... The Soltice is really hip! With a big engine it would be a monster....

While this looks nice, now that we've seen the new Sky I'd rather take the latter.

The tail lights look different from the earlier prototypes, even from the ones the journalists tested. Perhaps its the fact that they're red and that its on the road though. The top looks rather awkward when up, but still not as bad as Ferrari convertibles.

The only quibble I have with this car is that those kidney grilles are set way too down low.

Do you guys think the windshield surround is a rip from the Crossfire? I have to agree that the grille is set too low also
