Are you in shape? What kind of stuff do you do, what equipment do you use?<p>I walk for anywhere between 4-11 hours a day depending on the day, then i do some weight training with 10, 15, or 20 pound weights, and finally, a mile run to the park and back to my house

I try go to gym 3 times a week, but sometimes im so tired after work, that I just skip it <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://images.zeroforum.com/smile/emwink.gif" BORDER="0"> <p>I should run a little, and keep myself in shape, because im going to army in july

I do swimming about 4 sessions a week, about 4-5km each session. Along with that I do tend to do skipping a few times a week. No weight training, and I can't be bothered doing it now and in the near future - you need to be lean and toned for swimming, not bulky.

I ride my bike for 20Km each weekday (arround 50Km on Mondays and Wednesdays) because I ride to school and I'm also part of the mountain bike team. Then saturdays about 60Km ride.<p>I also play football every day for like an hour...

I have to work out everyday for hockey. I have a bowflex, nordictrack, weights and other crap that I do pretty much everyday.

I work out in weight training in school and usually go running on my norditrack for 30 min everyday

I ride my bike ab about 6 miles everyday to school, and 15 miles mountain biking on weekends. For track though, it's usually 3-4 5 mile runs a week, along with various other crap every day.

I work out about 3 times a week, sometimes more...I usually start off by doing an hour on the elliptical machine, then I do some upper body toning, then crunches...I have mainly been focusing on a lot of cardio and toning...once I'm satisifies with that I will move onto really pumping the iron...

I do a lot of free weights, I've got a Crossbow, and a good amount of treadmilling.

I've got marching band from late August to early November.<p>That and I walk home from school most days (when I don't have to lug my French Horn home).

i run around my development on every block every sunday morning. there r ten long blocks in my neighborhood. theres a gym down in the clubhouse and i go there when i can. i only do all of this 4 baseball

try to workout daily (before work on weekdays 6:30 - 7:00 ish and in the afternoons on weekends) <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.germancarfans.com/images/forums/beigesmilewinkgrin.gif" BORDER="0">

Yeah, I do heaps. Soem afternoons I won't do anything - but on<p>Tuesday = Cricket Training (2 hours)<br>Wednesday = Tennis @ school (1:40 hours)<br> = Soccer @ After School (2 hours)<br>Thursday = Tennis Squad (1:30 hours)<br> = Rugby TRaining (1:30 Hours)<br>Saturday = Cricket match (4 Hours)<br> = Sometimes Soccer...<br>Sunday = Rugby Match (1:30 Hours)<br> = Indoor Soccer (30 mins)<br> = Touch Footbal (1 hour) <p>YEah I do alot!

I just do some basic weight lifting I have a 30 pound dumbel I do curls with and I do some trisept work out with the same dumbel. And I play football

I swim a couple of times a week for about half an hour, but sometimes I play badminton.....but I wouldn't really consider that a workout
