Who saw the Starwars Episode III trailer on FOX after the OC? This movie looks good, so much better than I and II. What do you think?

the trailer was awesome, i'm starting to think episode III might even be as good as the original trilogy movies.

Has anyone else heard Episode 3 is rated "R"?<p>I heard that a couple months ago... which would kick ass.. first Star Wars movie with an R rating.

I will put money on George Lucas "discovering" more Star Wars scripts. After the first 3, that was supposedly the end of the line and then BAM! three scripts materialized for episodes 1-3. We haven't seen the last Star Wars movie.

I can almost guarantee you that locked away somewhere in his ranch he has notes (maybe even partial scripts) for 7-9. We'll see if he decides to make them, but I wouldn't doubt that he's considering it.

I'm willing to see how does Palpatine use his light saber. I'm pretty sure this movie will be (by far) the best of the new trilogy. <p>I wonder, when 'A new Hope' script was written, did Lucas have in mind all this when he made Obi Wan talk about the clone wars and his former pupil Anakin in those bare two or three lines of dialogue?

a new hope had several references to " clone wars", and some marvel comics covered it as well - i dont know what the heck is going on here tho they destroyed the entire thing w/ these caminoans <p>blah<p>but palpatine is indeed some cool material, the " arrest " scene kicks ass

Lucas generated ideas for all 9 from beginning to end, but probably wrote the scripts for 1-6 in their entirety. I heard from someone else that one of the reasons why there may not be a 7-9 is because Lucas wanted to have all the stars from 4-6 be in 7-9 but was having a hard time getting them to do it.
