The brand was dissolved three years later when Axis pulled out of the Europe.<p><B>The radical re-invention of Axis</B><p>In March of this year Axis Automotive relocated their corporate headquarters to New York City and prematurely released a new business plan re-inventing itself as a "niche" brand focusing on the popular youth market. Those plans have since been altered and the company will now be split into two groups the Axis Group which will focus on performance and technology and the Excelsior Group which will focus on luxury and elegance.<p>The first model rolling out of the new business plan is the Excelsior Argent. An ultraluxury convertible designed specifically for drivers with discerning taste. The Argent rides on th an all new Xi platform developed exclusively for Excelsior and power comes from a 500hp 7.0l, W12 engine.<p>Luxury amenities includes an interior wrapped in the finest leathers and trimmed with aluminum and carbon fiber accents. The convertible roof is made of nubuck with a suede underlay. The Argent also features a state of the art THX sound system developed in conjuction with Bang & Olufsen.<p>Excelsior plans to spinoff a sedan as well as a high performance sport coupe on the Xi architecture, either of which will make their debut at the Tokyo Auto Show. The Argent will go on sale globally in January 2006.<br></TD></TR></TABLE>

I really like it apart from one thing: The Grille, it reminds me of old daewoo's and doesnt seem to suit on a luxury car. Nice job though!

I was actually trying to get the grille to resemble an oriental fan but it didn't translate that way in the render. Thanks for the crit <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://images.zeroforum.com/smile/emthup.gif" BORDER="0">

very nice, i really like it. i agree with aidan that the grille is odd, but it's a nice idea. there are some grammar/spelling mistakes in the PR, but other that that, excellent job. is there any chance of a rear or interior view? anyway, i can't wait to see some more axises (axi?) and excelsiors in the future <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://images.zeroforum.com/smile/emthup.gif" BORDER="0"> <BR><BR>

I already have the rear view sketched I just need to tweak it a little and render it then I'll upload.
