From what I've seen so far, I can already tell I will like this more than the Solstice.

I have to disagree. While the car itself looks great, that grille is absolutely hideous! Am I the only one that thinks that thing looks like it's got some sort of moustache?

Looks more like a rebadged Opel / Vauxhall VX 220 to me.

Though it looks very European-Vauxhall/Opel-like, it's better than what Saturn is putting out now.

The font end looks like what the Ion should have looked like in the first place. I'm not exactly confindent the end product will be much though. Saturns have always seemed like they're just right on the cusp of being great, but they fall short in some way or another.

It's a GM brand. It'll get screwed up somewhere. It looks very cool right now, but they always do it, always.

I would summise that a prototype of sky was in the background on the left hand side..
though at first I was concentrating at the place ;-)

I know this is a picture of the Opel

source: ams
but compare this to the Sky drawing, they are the exact same except for the Opel symbol. Finally, Saturn gets something good looking

It does look like exactly the same. Does this mean Saturn copied from Opel?

Since they are both GM companies. it isn't copying. Its merely rebadging.

The upcoming midsize sedan and all of Saturn's new vehicles (bar the new Relay) will be designed by Opel. On some GM forums, they say that it is because Saturn will become the North American arm of Opel.

Yay... my brochure pic has landed itself into this forum.
Anyways... the Opel GT IS the Saturn Sky. I have seen a pic of the Sky and they are exactly the same, save for the badge.

If you are speaking about the midsize sedan, its name has apparently been changed to Aura, according to MSNcars.
