Those are better results then what the publications chose (though I'm standing aside the Santa Fe for the SUV award ). Are we going to choose the Car/Truck of the year now?

The results show a lot of things. First, that this has been the fairest COTY awards yet, and that Knicks organization with it was outstanding (and I appologise for not helping take care of it as I have for two years).
Second, that there is a lot of ignorance lying about, something we'll have to deal with in next years COTY contests.
That even an average car like the VE Commodore in Australia is an interesting proposition to anyone, worldwide.
That Jaguar still has a good perceived image amongst car fans.
That Mazda is doing very well perception wise amongst fans, picking up two prizes.
Overall, Great Awards, but I wish there was a little more maturity and less ignorance in chosing - not because what was elected, but because of why it was elected.
Anyway, top stuff, and congrats to Mazda, Holden, Chevrolet, Volvo, Jaguar, BMW, and Ferrari.
