NOOO!!! Dont vote for the Commodore Omega! Vote for the Commodore SS or SSV, not the Omega because It's rubbish!
Anyway:
Holden VE Commodore SV6/SS/SSV 4
(Commodore Omega/Berlina= 0.00001) - Fine, ignore me then.
It's an astonishing effort. A Great, RWD, excellent performing, greatly dynamic and immensely great handling car, let down only by a dud transmission and a silly rear seat.
Nissan Altima - 2.5 Nissan's. They're pretty nice. If failry bland...
Saturn Aura - 3 Well, judging by looks, It looks great.
Toyota Aurion - 3.5 Great vehicle. Dud rear end and dash board. AT-X is great value for money, Sportivos look nice, Presara is a pretty nice package. But FWD kills it, the rear is dreadful, the dashboard is a disappointment, and it's just massively outclassed by the VE.
Toyota Camry - 3 Noice. A Camry worth having again. Dash is disappointing, and the engine is a weak link. Styling is getting there.

I don't understand people who's rating of the Aurion and the Camry differs by that much. What's the difference?

yeah the interiors are extremely similar to one another (same basic design priniciples present in each) and the window lines and side profiles seem very similar to me.

Just a reminder: My 0.5 difference between the Aurion and the Camry was decided upon its significance to the market it's targeted at. The Camry covered most of the fields here in North America and it's a very important and one of the best-selling cars here albeit its bland styling. The Aurion on the other hand, it seems to be the runner-up in the race and more prominent and RWD vehicles like the Holden Commodore seem to be considered more important in the land of Down Under than the Aurion in terms of sale and general reception. Correct me if I was wrong.

Yeah, How come the Escalade and Avalanche are together, Which have totally different interiors, yet the Aurion and Camry are almost identicle.

wait, does australia get the camry too, or is the aurion OZ's camry?

Nurburgring

I believe the Aurion is OZ's Camry.
Edit- Both the Camry and the Aurion is offered. Strange. It's up on the Toyota Austrailia site.

Toyota Camry - 5
Nissan Altima - 4
Holden Commodore Omega - 4
Saturn Aura - 2
Toyota Aurion - 1.5
As great as the new Altima & Commodores are, im looking at it at the industrys point of view; the Camry is a very integral part of the market, & how much better it got for 2007, despite not being an all new car at all, and its features & quality is astounding. Im not getting a warm & fuzzy feeling for the Aurion and the Saturn Aura, however important it is for Saturns 180, just isnt doing much for me. The 2007 Toyota Camry gets my vote
Guys lets include in a brief explanation for our choices if we can

Quick explanation:
The Camry sells in Australia ONLY with the 4 cylinder FWD layout.
The Aurion get's the 3.5 Liter Bent 6, through a 6 speed auto and to the Front wheels.
That's a significant difference, at least here.

Aurion is trying to break Holden/Ford's Large car dominance in the market, since no product has ever been able to come close.
Toyota argues the Camry is mid sized, and the Aurion is large

And yes, there is a market difference between the Aurion & the Camry..id elaborate but it looks like SuperFresa already has ^^^ thanks chap. One thing id like to add to his reply however..the Camry is a volume leader compared to the Aurion

My pick:
Holden VE Commodore Omega - 4.5
The VE Commodore looks great for australian made car but Omega is the basic model of VE range which has been missing some good features.
Toyota Aurion - 4
Love the looks on the inside more than the Camry.
Toyota Camry - 3.5
Love the exterior looks but not some on the inside
Saturn Aura - 3
Looks nice on the outside which gives Opel Vectra go old.
Nissan Altima - 2.5
The exterior and interior looks good but not very exciting than my last 4 cars.

Holden VE Commodore Omega - 4 - Wow GM, wow. Makes a great base for future NA product.
Nissan Altima - 2.5 - Seems to be a toned down version of the exact same car...
Saturn Aura - 2.5 - Everytime I see one of these on the street, it draws my attention...its probably doing a lot for Saturn.
Toyota Aurion - 4.5 - Only reason I gave it a lower score than the Camry is because it doesn't look as sharp.
Toyota Camry - 5 - A car that will continue to be on top in the US.

Hold on a minute, I gave the Commodore 3 points because it said "Commodore Omega" but is it supposed to be based on the whole range because if so my vote goes to 4.5 points. Just everyone is voting on the Commodore on a whole and not just the Omega varient?
