We thought about castigating cars for multiple recalls, but the 2006-model year is too young to do so (most recalled '06 models have been recalled only once so far). Furthermore, consumers often ignore such issues as recalls--unless they are for universally dangerous reasons, such as spontaneously exploding gas tanks--in favor of style, sex appeal and raw power.

Odd to see a lot more Asian brands on the list. Notice nothing from GM?
And what's up with Kelly blue book and DCX? DCX attacked Kelly for under valueing the Magnum and 300/C. I heard Kelly lost on the issue and re-evaluated the conditions.

Not surprised by the Freestars rating. Friend just bought a second hand one instead of a Honda Ody for $10k less than the Honda. And they started out at similar price levels

Building cars in the US may be the worst decision Infiniti made (besides of course rebadging an already ugly vehicle)

Crap, five of those vehicles are either Ford or under the Ford cover! Freestlye will be replced soon, the Mercury will get a facelift soon, and the Courier (Asian) will get replaced soon, so Ford should repalce the Ranger with it. I don't know how much longer we have to wait for a new X-Type though...

Most of those cars are either getting redesigned or replaced very soon, so this is a moot point for the manufacturers. The only exception is the QX. For a company like infiniti to make the most unreliable car as other lux brands are successfully making reliable cars in NA is a shame.
MB survived, but mostly just because of the appeal of having the first Merc SUV during the SUV craze.
This car has nothing going for it; there's little brand cachet, horrible fuel prices, and it's badge-engineered.
I sincerely hope infinit comes to their sense with this one.

This is kind of werid that the QX is most unreliable yet the Titan got a quality award listed somewhere on this site.
