Very interesting,
Above the average; 'yota, honda, the Main Domestic marques all enjoy good customer retention, and ze germans, except for AuOOdi/vw ( no kidding )

http://www.jdpower.com/pdf/2005249.pdf
Last year's :

Otherwise:

-Of the 3 Japan badge-job companies; Lexus clearly keeps its fences closed.
-Saturn vs. Pontiac, a clear winner is seen
-Hyundai's strength is definately evident
-Wonder how many BMW customers are former Mini owners?
-Old folks like the Caddy but not Lincoln ( no kidding, might be Caddy conquesting Lincoln customers anyway )
Two shockers on the list. Not to start any bashing but I would have though BMW would be higher. Meaning they offer some of the best lease deals around and the fully warantee and free maintness to back it up. MB has the hightest lease rates on the above average side and no longer offeres any free maitness...odd
...and Izusu is on the list?
