i doubt that.. Honda is doing too well to being sell any portion of itself much less the FORD. Yeah right! No offense to you just who said that to you..<p>I've got to see an official press release before I could even consider this is factual.

Ford can't even buy 40% of Skoda at this point. :)<br>When a car makes most of its profits through its financing arm, then you know they're in trouble. Not in a milliion years.

maybe this rumour (what's the source?) is about Ford's stake in Mazda. That was 33% in '96. Maybe they want to raise it.

Honda's Market cap is much higher than ford's. Plus ford doesn't have the reserves necessary to make such a purchase. This is Bologna. Locking.
