As my lease is nearing its end, here are possible replacements...although I think this is a good poll either way, so just respond without regard to price (that's my issue).
After making this poll, i realized mercedes really doesn't have a car that would fit in this very well selling class of cars. The C seems more of a baby S than a sports car.... i wish merc did have a car in this class though
** i mean the facelifted A4 and G35, and the all new 330xi and IS350

I want to choose the IS 350 but I will wait my judgment until I test drive the car when it comes out...I'm sure it'd be really good.
Like I said, even though I want to pick the IS, I just can't, seeing how little people have actually had a chance to test drive the car. So, with that said, I'll have to give the nod to the G35x, it's simply the best out of that group (the three minus the IS350)

Out of those four, I would take the 330xi.

I saw the IS and choose it over the rest. The G35 is getting a little old IMO and the new 3're falls short of impressive. I vote IS.

Both the IS and the 3 seem like great choices, but the IS seems so much more attractive. Toyota's touchscreen interface is so intuitive (and overprotective), as is the rest of the IS' dashboard. I'm sure the 3 will have better performance (or at least feel as though it has better performance), but I'm not a fan of iDrive (since it's not exactly possible to operate iDrive without looking at the screen) and the styling.

My heart says BMW, my head says Lexus...

i will always be a sucker for a 3 series.... although if the G35 looked more like a 4 door version of the coupe, it woudl absolutely be my first choice...
the lexus would be right behind the bmw but it doesn't offer AWD on the 3.5 engine (hopefulyl that's just for now)

I would love to say the Lexus...but i absolutly HATE Toyota. I would own a GS430 though! If Lexus can fix up the LX and then the ES (then distance them selfes from Toyota) i would then say Lexus is the best luxury brand, but untill then, the BMW has it.
Well, mabey it doesnt have the best quality, but the badge, the driving experience, the style IMO outweight the price and quality issue...
But im fully BIASED! LOL

I've driven that car and it doesn't compare with the Infiniti or the Audi and what we all know the BMW will drive like.

I choose the A4. It's got the right balance of sport and power - and is overall the better car (compared to the 3 Series at least). It also has ridiculously good looks.

The Cadillac CTS should have been on the list as well.

The IS does have AWD
Have to go with the Lexus(bet u didnt see that coming). I don't want to be like everyone else and drive around in a Audi or BMW and i don't want to pay over $200 for a brake job.

Keep in mind that the IS has not officially been released to the public so we really dont know for sure/ it should not even be on the list.

Does the new 3-series offer an xi trim right away or is awd coming in a few years? Model year 2007 will debut the new G35 sedan. Too bad you cant wait til then that way for sure you can compare how the new Lexi and BMW's will fare. I doubt the G interior will match any of these quality-wise but I can be hopeful Infiniti will start to put better quality material in their cars.
I feel that Infiniti will be the company to beat in a few years.

The 3.6L CTS is a great car. Still looks good after four years. This should be an option on the list.
