I really like the sharpness of the saturn, but i also like the curves on the pontiac. But the inside on the pontiac is HIDEOUS!!! so i choose the saturn, only cos of its cleaner look...but then again, it looks like the saturn is a more expensive car??? <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.germancarfans.com/images/forums/cwm13.gif" BORDER="0">

I'll take the Saturn please! I do not like Pontiacs front end. It would have lloked so much better with split exhaust in the back, doesn't even need to be true dual exhaust but just split it, much like the new Tiburons.

Sky!<p>From an overall standpoint, both look great but Saturn Sky is much more cleaner than the Solstice, and I like cleaner cars. It seems to me the Solstice has is to busy both in the front and also in the back

I like both of them and I think the Sky is overall the best of the two, but the Solstice is simple and sporty as a roadster should be. This is the type of car that pontiac should have had in their line up a long time ago.

shouldnt this be a poll?

the sky, and especially with the top up wit would look so badass...

This is why I choose Pontiac to die because Saturn is becoming a better Pontiac. They do the Solstice and the G6(Aura) better.

shouldnt the sharper bodywork of the solstice fit pontiac's image better?

One reason I like the Pontiac Solstice is because the front and rear look more like that of a sportscar when compared to the Sky.

Too bad the Kappa Chevy Nomad isnt a production car because it would get my vote. <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.germancarfans.com/images/forums/biggrin.gif" BORDER="0">

aren't bothe of these things essentially the same car? If styling is the only consideration, I preffer the pontiac. I like the cleaner un-broken lines that remind me of british cars of yore.

I just can't wait to see some performance versions....they will both be available with dealer installed superchargers when they come out, but there will also be GXP and redline versions of these which i am greatly anticipating...

I think saturn looks more exotic, but its kind of ironic since its a saturn...Pontiac Sunfire Convertable for me and then soltice...

this is the first time i've seen the saturn sky (i usually pay little attention to saturns) . . . is that a real soon-to-be-produced vehicle like the soltice or is it a concept car?<p><br>i'd pick saturn (never thought i'd say that)

KebabGud

they are both "soon-to-be-produced vehicles"<br>

There is really no comparison for me, I pick the Sky. I like the Solstice and its pricing, but the interior alone on the Sky wins me over, plus I like it's looks better as well.

Both are well designed, but my money goes to the Pontiac. No way I'd be caught dead in a Saturn.

I change my mind <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.germancarfans.com/images/forums/bangin.gif" BORDER="0"> , the more i look at the two cars i cant help but fall in love with the Solstice. The clean design really is wearing on me.

The pontiac has cleaner lines and a perfect interior.<p>I'll take a Soltice GXP thank you.

i prefer the sky's interior over the pontiac's, but the solstice's exterior is my favorite. it probably wouldn't matter which one to get, although since the sky is supposed to be a little "softer" (isn't it? i think i read that somewhere), i would probably go for the pontiac.

Does anyone know if that is the production Sky? I know its being produced in 07 or 08, but is the exhaust etc. going to look like that? <p>My vote is Sky, but not by much. I actually prefer the interior, sides, and rear of the Solstice, it's just the potato shaped front end of the Solstice that makes me say Sky. <p>Both are great looking cars though. The best in GM aside from the XLR imo.

What's with the huge fog lamps on the Solstice? An airdam would be much better if they wanted to fill the space with something...or at least a smaller foglamps. Otherwise both cars look good to me. Oh, and when is "soon", they need to start producing these!

I prefer the sky, but I think the solstice will outsell it by a good margin.

they're both lovely designs, but I'd pick the Sky. The sharp edged shapes and nice interior win me over.
