Sorry but I no matter how much I try I can't bring my self to care. the only thought that keeps running throuigh my mind is:<p>"...they put lipstick on the pig!"<p>Please stop the voices, stop the voices...<p>

I prefer the old one. It looked a lot better than this...

give me the old one with the new trunk and I'll be happy.

yeah, or the new one with the old front end.<br>But eally, I think I'll take the new one the way it is since it's supposed to be an improvement and I'll stay comfortably numb. <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.germancarfans.com/images/forums/2cool.gif" BORDER="0">

I like the current BMW 7 series buttĀ.. <p>No matter what BMW does to the 7 series the pre-2001 7 series will always be the best just put the two side by side and you will understand.

I prefer the 97 version, the one of James Bond and Transporter...

I simply could not care any less about the design of this car, the only thing that ignites interest is the new engine range. BMW engineering is still going strong, but styling.............to hell with it.

I know you know it's not the 7-classe but the 7 series Naga, don't be an ass and change it

I acutally like the front end a bit more. The whole car looks a lot better... but yeah, it needs something different.<p>I think the problem is it doesn't show stance (powerful, strong, leader) like you see on even the older S-class and the new LS. Even the A8L shows it.

no man, havent you heard - mercedes-benz and bmw are about to merge into the mega mbmw. the new mini amg will have an 18.7L v16 kompressor making about 16,700bhp and the next gen a140 will now have i-drive and flame surfacing standard.

looking at it i like the new 7-series better than the old one at the front, but i prefer the old rear end. overall i guess it's slightly improved, but i would still get an LS or S-class over this if i could afford one<p>also, maybe the 5-series will get e-class-style quad headlights now that they've merged <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.germancarfans.com/images/forums/bangin.gif" BORDER="0">

the outgoing powerplants were fine, why develop new ones? they could have spent the time restyling the thing better maybe?

I will take a 2006 STS V series in stead.

How would that make you cool? I would have guessed tired and maybe a little hot from carrying that thing around. ;o)
