I voted for the Murcielago because of its good design and excellent performance.

I voted SLR cos it is fast, and it is luxurious at the same time.

are you people serious!
the mclaren f1 is a collector's item! one sold recently for 7,000,000 on the internet!
even though it's somewhat old compared to the rest of them, it still sets the bar for performance in every way

I understand the McLaren F1 is fast... but the Bugatti goes from 0-186mph in 14 seconds. We're talking near TIME TRAVEL people. I cant even imagine what the mid-range is like, 50-150 probably like 5 seconds.
$1,000,000 Bugatti... clear choice.

haha, it's funny how everyone has their favorite cars
i can certainly understand the bugatti adoration, unfortunately i despise VW and all of its affiliates, otherwise i'd probably be more fond of the bugatti too

I'm going to choose the Lamborghini Gallardo, just becasue it's the only one I've ridden or sat in and it's defiently enough for me :)

Well, for me, the Bugatti is out - because it will most probably be released in like 2020.
Outta those choices, I'd probably choose the Gallardo - because it's the most easiest to live with on a day-to-day basis.

I dont think I would take any of them...either give me a C6 and a gift certificate for one complete lingenfelter package with the twin turbo, or give me a Dinan tuned and supercharged BMW 2001-2003 E39 M5...

I'll take a lotus exige or an old Lamborghini Miura. They might not reach the extreme levels of performance of the cars you've listed, but they both require a far better handle of the car (they are not as forgiving so you better know what you are doing), so taking them to extremes should be a far more thrilling experience.

Also, the Gallardo not only gets better gas mileage, I believe that it is also smaller in both length and width, not to mention it accelerates better below 100 mph from what I've heard.

I think it'd be easier to save a 1800lb 190hp car than a 3000lb 600hp (Enzo) car. But that's just my opinion

2007-8 Pagani ~$250k mid-engine 'baby' Pagani
will be sold in the US.
under 2500 pounds(so key!).
over 500hp. (548hp would give it the ENZO's 4.56lb/hp ratio)
This car might not happen as soon as sources think... Pagani is more focused on getting the Zonda legalized for the US, in order to make some more money on a car they've already built.. the Zonda replacement, the C9, should happen in 2007-2008.
Reaching ENZO performance would be INSANE, and this is just the 'Baby' Pagani.. I cant wait to see the C9 (C12 replacement), which will be ~2750 pounds (current weight of the C12), have over 600hp, and have ~625lb/ft of torque... that Torque figure was quoted directy from Horacio Pagani as the goal for the C9.
The only issue with the upcomming C9 is that it will most likely carry the current C12's price tag.. which, at current exchange rates, runs into the low $500,000 usd.
So, back to what I said earlier.. give me the future Pagani C8, atleast that will be priced between the F430/Gallardo and Murcielago.
