I have to admit, I like Pirelli, though Bridgestone isn't bad.

I like Bridgestone too, they're very reliable...I have them right now on my car. Although I am not too big on Firestone, so can I do a split vote just on Bridgestone?

For some reason I like Bridgestone, too. They seem to have a wide range, and respectability and dependability. Firestone had that scandal with Ford, but I guess they can tag along..
Admittedly I don't know as much about tyres as I would like; and I am of the opinion that for everyday driving, it's not a major, major concern. I know that tyres can make a difference, but without doing track testing, there's very little factual information I base any preference on.
I guess it stems from one of our previous cars, though the family car, having Bridgestones - it was a '92 Camry V6 (aka. Vienta), with Bridgestone RE92's; and one of our current cars has Bridgestone Turanza ER30's.

I've got BFG's on my truck right now, and the bimmer comes with the standard contisport contacts...the conti's are alright...they are a pretty soft compound so they do wear down pretty quickly...especially after a few drives through the canyons...probably get some p-zeros for the next set of tires...

yeow... Firestone, technically, has more votes than Goodyear, which isn't even on the list, yet.
My RS-A's are loud but that's okay because they're also greasy... did I mention noisy? My winter tires are better for all-seasons than these "Mediocre Annums".

how are those PAX tires? Are they a good investment to get for a balance of comfort and sports. The reason is that I could definitely use the space underneath my trunk for a subwoofer instead of a donut spare tire

Pirelli, Michelin, Bridgestones, geez, I wish I could afford to have those as my favorite brands for tires, but since I tend to go throgh tires quite often, I prefer tires that have more bang for the buck, like:
Kumho Ecsta MX or Kumho Ecsta V700 (basically slicks)
so kumho gets my vote

I like round ones.
