i like this car, although IMO it gets awkward toward the rear.

the inside is from the vision gst are saw them ages ago but that pic looks like alias software...

The R-Class really got watered down from the sketch and concept phase. I know they needed to get headroom for three rows of passengers. But for what they're charging for the vehicle, couldn't they have come up with a roofline that looks sleek and maintains headroom? Their partners at Chrysler have done that several times.

thats crazy...you can really see just how much the design has been toyed around with over the years...i really find some of those better then what the actual car looks like

The sketch below thr red one reminds me of a Maserati.

To be honest, I think it looks very derivative. My worry is that brands continue to lose their distinctiveness. If I put a Renault front & badge on this would anyone notice the 'error'?

(too shae) thats right - MB need to bring back some history, i think they tried to do that with the SLR, but they need to do a 21st century of some legendary car from a long time ago... SLR worked well...but they need more than that.
