Nobody else excited for this one? I attended the 1994 Salon and it was fantastic. The Bentley Java, the New Beetle Cabrio concept, the decidedly weird Renault Argos, Giugiaro's one-box Lexus concept, Ford's electric orangey-pink Ka concept, Twingos filled with speakers in the aftermarket hall. Ah, good stuff!
Here's the official link to the site (in English):
http://www.salon-auto.ch/en/
The new Pug 207 is definite and I expect the Ferrari 599 as well. The Volvo S80 as well? What else?

I must have been remebering a different car but here's the Lexus Landau from Geneva 1994:
http://carstyling.ru/resources...4.jpg
http://carstyling.ru/resources...5.jpg
Source: http://carstyling.ru/
Lokking at it now, it looks obvious to me where Buick got their ideas for the Enclave.

No, no, no. That car ALREADY WAS at Geneva...way back in 1994, maybe before you were born You don't like it? I think it looks so much like Buick's new Enclave that it was way ahead of its time.
Additionally, this was probably the car I was remembering:
http://carstyling.ru/resources...3.jpg

I'm wondering if the debut of the face-lifted or updated Porsche Cayenne will take place in Geneva.
There have been blogs about it in this site, spy shots of mules floating around, and a teaser photo in, I believe, Britain's Auto Express publication where a cover is partially removed exposing a new headlight and part of the new front grille/fascia. A higher level, 520hp Turbo V8 model premiered at a recent show, but with the existing design.
In the March 2006 Issue pf Popular Mechanics on page 53 in the Automotive Spy Report/Europe section, it mentions the 2007 Porsche Cayenne and there's a tiny picture of it. It may be my imagination, but the vehicle in that little pic seems to have a wider D pillar.
I also figure that the 2006 Geneva Expo would be an ideal venue, being very international, to publicly introduce the 2007 Cayenne.

The Panamera is one debut I'm eagerly awaiting
That would be nice if it did premiere in Geneva! Who knows, a concept, or mildly disguised production could. Another debut I'm awaiting is the Production Rolls Royce convertible based on the Phantom, Geneva is an excellent venue for this. Geneva can give us lots of pleasant surprises!

Funny, I just mentioned something earlier about the 2007 Cayenne and I'm still wondering if it will debut in Geneva, and I just found another pic on http://thehollywoodextra.blogspot.com/
I'm not sure how to post a pic here, but, it's the top story on that site as of 11:30PM EST in the USA East Coast. I'm not sure if the pic is a chop.

According to carscoop website, Audi will bring 3 world premieres in Geneva this month. It would be A6 Allroad plus either the new TT Coupe or R8 supercar and also the suv concept version which is based on A4. I think it would be the next TT in Geneva is Audi brings it there for sure.

Just got this email:
President and CEO of Honda Motor Co. Ltd, Takeo Fukui, will address the media at the 76th Geneva Motor Show on 28 February.
CEO Fukui will join Honda Racing F1 driver Jenson Button to unveil the Civic Type R Concept. Jenson will be making a brief "pit stop" from his busy pre-season testing schedule to help launch the exciting concept model to the press.
The Civic Type R Concept makes its worldwide debut at the show. The concept model strongly hints at what the production car will look like when it goes on sale in 2007.
Honda’s press conference is scheduled for 13:45 – 14:00, on 28 February 2006, at the Honda stand (No. 4250), in Hall 4 of the GENEVA PALEXPO site.
The Porsche 911 Turbo and GT3 are confirmed for debut at the Geneva Motor Show. Facelifted Cayenne might be there, but I think it'll be released at NYIAS.
The Panamera is still a while off - remember, it's an '09 model. '07 Frankfurt is my guess.
BMW will show their new turbo engine, but whether a car with that engine will debut is still not official. I personally think a 335i will be there. Along with the Z4M Roadster and Coupe, with the rest of the facelifted Z4 range.
MB will show their new CGI engine, in the CLS350 and their new CLK and CLS63 AMG. Facelift for the E-Class might show up there as well.
Audi will be showing the Audi Allroad, RS4 Avant and Cabriolet. I doubt any other suprises are in store for Geneva.
