It's a bit odd looking.

Essentially, a Chinese busmaker (Youngman) was assembling CKD's of Proton models for the Chinese market. Eventually, it spawned into a more complete operation, with Youngman using some of Proton's resources (most notably, Lotus helping with engineering) and Youngman (I guess) assembling the car.

Power comes from a 1.6L CamPro engine.

Well there's a name that will never make it out of China. "Imagine yourself in a Youngman." uhhh....

Picture a Youngman in your garage...

Are two of these vehicles Youngmen or Youngmans?

Young man, there's a place you can go, I said, young man..... ;)

Otherwise I get a lot of Mazda 6 vibes from the hatchback, and the huge "LOTUS" badge on some average Chinese sedan hurts my eyes....

:devil1::fear::devil1:

While the styling certainly isn't game changing, it is nevertheless fairly nicely proportioned.

Reminds me of a Renault Laguna Coupe from the rear.

Nice exterior shape (hatch) , shame about the interior - no imagination & far too shiny...
