It looks okay, another version of Neos, first one's better.

Eh, they've done better. I personally like the Neos II a lot more.
For being a concept, nothing about it makes me say "wow". But wait, aren't those headsets in the front headrests? If so, then wow.

I really hope this is the replacement for the stillborn Entourage. anyone else notice the module in the center console looks like a giant PSP.

Saab and Hyundai should share designers
EDIT:
I take that back, Saab should fire their own designers and commission Hyundai's.

Everyday Hyundai seems to surprise me. With the GIANT leap they have made in the past few years I can't help but think that they hired some really gifted designers. If this concept were to go to production, I would think it would be an other ace in the hole for Hyundai.

I hadn't seen that yet. Has it been shown at a show? Don't really keep up on the auto shows.

Being that I have NO info on this thing, the best I can come up with is that this and the Portico are battling for the crossover spot. One good guess is that maybe one is for Hyundai and the other for the luxury brand.

J/K. That is a good point, and something I didnt think of.
I love the head and tail lights, but if this were headed for production, they would be replaced with something more ordinary. Oh well, it would still look sexy.

Whether this or the Portico comes to production, it'd be cool to see both interiors unchanged, although I highly doubt it.

I like the NEOS III better than the Portico Concept. I think they should give the green light to the NEOS III if they were deciding on the two.

Correct me if I am mistaken but I believe Hyundai has already given the go ahead on the Portico; the news came as the annoucement of the entourage (off the drawing board) was made.
Gallery from Tokyo: http://www.autoweek.com/files/...1.htm

A 7 seater has the green light, but I am not 100% sure that it is in fact the Portico. I am guessing for Hyundai it will be the Portico and Neos III is for the luxury brand (the whole V8 thing is why I believe it)

I will have to say again... the design of this crossover makes my jaw drop. The Neos III may only be a concept, but I really get a feeling that great things are happening at Hyundai. IMO Hyundai has taken some styling risks lately that have paid off in spades. I could see this car going up against any comparable Toyota or Nissan and I dont think that Honda has a crossover in the league (styalistically) as the NeosIII. The more I type the more I prey that they do this car, it would bring them onto the crossover segment playingfield not only with a contender, but with a knockout.
Of course, gas economy and the driving dynamics (which are very important, would also play a large part. BUT great packaging and beautiful sheet metal never hurts.)

Well according to autoexpress, this will go into production in 2008 as Hyundai's luxury vehicle. They also say the new V8 develops around 330hp. Though they usually not very reliable with their info so will have to wait and see.

I don't know about the production part, but as far as the engine goes, that's not the first time I have heard the output number.
