What is this concept? Unfortunately, I cant read japanese. It looks good though. I found them on http://www.response.jp. Please change the name of the thread once we have the name of the concept.

Modified by DrPetrus at 7:54 AM 9/30/2005

This looks really, really nice; modern with but with a little retro. I really can't tell how big it is by just looking at it, though, so I'm wondiering what it would compete with. Acatually I hope this isn't just a styling exercise, but that it has production possiblities.

I like the exterior's look, its tough, but not menacing, and the aluminum and blue lighting scheme works very well. Plus those Recaros in the back look fantastically comfortable. I would love to ride back there. Though the front passenger looks like they lose some foot room to something down there.
*By the way the name is P.X

From the outside, this is really cool car.
The inside is a bit strange, and looks really bad IMO. The front console is really bad, and looks like it should be in some kinda cheap kit-car, and the rear blends Maybach luxury with the taste of a customised "pimped" Rolls Royce Phantom.
PS. I hate those speakers!

Looks like someone pimped one of these:

Redline's correct, this has been dubbed has the PX concept.
So far I like all of these concept versions from Suzuki, PX, Ionis, Mom's Personal Wagon (MPW?? ), & LC. Seems like a transition from the past to the future.
If any of these make it into production, and look somewhat similar to these concepts, I am up for one

Really cool outside, really cool Recaro seats, hideous dashboard.

All these concepts!!! Gee they are all pretty cool, but this is my favourite. Sort of like a new generation VW van! Those seats looks so confortable....

Looks kind of like the VW Microbus meets Mechanogodzilla. Build it! VW steal it!

It's a thing on wheels...a big chunk of metal, would love to see a lil old lady driving this one hehe

Best of show in my opinion. Great mix of retro feel but utterly modern. What the microbus for the 21st century should be. This thing would sell like anything. Great job.
Something about the whole thing screams "project commissioned by NASA". My favorite part about Japanese concepts are the far out interiors, and this one is right up there.
Downsides are the faux fender rivets -- too Nissan Frontier and too played out, and the very Audi-esque front end. The narrow headlights also give me a little bit of an Isuzu Axxiom feel.
I love the soft, rounded aesthetic, though the back is giving me a current gen Focus feel. Still, it's nice to see something fresh from Suzuki. They're a company who have been hunting for a breakout vehicle for a while.
looks similar to the Kahuna Concept from a few years ago.

The Kahuna was another great one that we should have seen something from...but it has a different vibe than this.
This suzuki looks like a car designed in the past to look like a car in the future. The Kahuna was more of updated woody. Similiar though for sure.
The world needs someone to build one of these. VW had the very cool Microbus concept, and they should have built it as they are the natural owners of the franchise, but then chickened out.

My first impression when the pic popped up was an old Airstream camper.

I saw this at the L.A. show this week, and it is completely captivating. The rocker sill below the entry doors folds out and down to create a step up into the van. Wild!
http://www.allcarnews.com/suzu.../2414

Perhaps a better shot of the rocker sill / step:
http://www.allcarnews.com/suzu.../2420

Exellent observation. According to official Suzuki literature the design was inspired by the old airstream caravans. The question is does this mean that we will see something similar to this from Suzuki in the future?

And now...we have the concept.
