they are originaly from http://www.renault.presse.co.uk but somebody (not me ) moved them to image shack. horray for him, cause we can see them now! though we would see them anyway... only later :

woww, nice exterior stying from Renault with aggressive futuristic rear design look. I'm very sure this concept will be the next SUV for roads by the end of this decade.

I find it incredibly unattractive. I especially hate the gauges.

ohh, i understand that.
For me is bit attractive with nice styling but if this concept is the real version it will be a bit weird with lighting and some looks on dashboard. I hope the first real 4wd from Renault will look bit like this because of style on few parts, mostly on the side.

Love the rear lights, they are like a mophed inverted DB9!
Love the whole rear, but the front looks really strange. Too many conflicting lines IMO.

It really isn't that bad yes the interior is a bit extreme but outside I think its beautiful. anyone else notice the slight resemblence to the Infiniti Triant. I wouldn't mind them slapping an Infiniti badge on this and selling it as the new CX.

The interior fails to match other renault concepts. The front needs to be toned down a bit also. I would love the production version to keep most of the design features especially that rear end. It would add a little subtle beauty to the over macho SUVs out there, just as the murano has done in the US. Its no surprise that the two companies are under the same umbrella.

don't worry guys... this is far from production! but there is one thing that might mean something.... after Fluence concept, this is the second Renault's concept with same front styling! this might indicate that they'll use it on production car, not that radical as on Egeus but still... mybe all those heaps of Fluence based Laguna chops were not in vane .

ok..some updates on this concept suv and another concept from 2000 called Koleos.
from 4car.com

Quote »

New Models: Two Renault SUVs in next two years
23 Jun 06 12:32
Renault Koleos concept
Renault Koleos - may influence a new SUV
Renault is to launch two new SUVs in the next two years, both based on Nissan underpinnings.
First up will be a compact model, pitched against the Land Rover Freelander, Toyota RAV-4 and so on, which will share its platform with the new-generation Nissan X-Trail. It is smaller than Renault's Egeus concept, but nearer to the Koleos seen back in 2000, which may influence its styling. Both this Renault and the Nissan are to be built in Korea by Renault's far eastern affiliate Samsung, which will also offer a version of these models under its own brand.
A year later, Renault is expected to launch a larger, full-sized SUV, although this has not yet been confirmed. This will be derived from the Egeus concept, but will also be based on a Nissan platform - probably that of the Murano large crossover. It'll certainly be a monocoque-bodied SUV rather than a hardcore mud-plugger with separate body-on-frame structure.
However, a Renault spokesman said that there were no plans for a C-sector compact SUV, a sister model for Nissan's 'P32L' Qashqai, that goes into production early next year. The Qashqai is the first production on the new Renault-Nissan C-sector platform, which will eventually underpin all replacement and new models in the Almera/Megane line-up.
