Thanks for doing this each month but I'm having problems opening the Subaru word document. Not sure if it's just my computer but I could open every other one.

Should be the first one but in case new releases arrive, it's the one dated March 3, 2008

Total Ford February sales in the US, including Ford, Mercury, Lincoln, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volvo were down 7 percent compared to the same period last year. Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo are still Ford's baby as of Feb 2008.

"Does tata now own volvo as well?" Never did and still no.

Hyundai 11% down after unveiling their new promising Genesis?!

The keyword there is unveiling. This is the US sales report ONLY. The Genesis won't be in the US showroom for a few months.

Hyundai and most other automakers have felt the pinch with the downturn of the US automakers. Most buyers are no longer buying cars because they'd want a car, now more and more are buying one because they'd need a car.

FWIW, I hear the Genesis has been doing very well in its home country, not unexpected but it is already the top luxury model sold there, which is a good accomplishment.
