Just what changed? Anything at all? Oh yeah that's right, the turn signals... and uhmm... the clear rear lights....
What engine did it have before and what does it have now?

-hollywoodextra via images.google.com (don't worry, I don't go to that site, it was just the first image that popped up in the search :p )
^^^That's the old one. I'd say it's an improvement, but nothing really major was changed. I wish they sold this in the US, they don't need to wait for the next generation...

i prefer the Scion xB
this car has too many things going on with the design

I love this, the styling is so unique. I like how they did the windows, it only works on this. The interior is nice too.
The main reason they didn't send this to the US is because it barely has a rear bumper at all and safety would be a concern. They better step it up for the next gen because if the Scion t2b concept(xB+tC styling and a 2.4l 4cyl w/160hp) was any clue to the next xB it will be way better than the Cube....

If I recall correctly, the Cube is the older design (please correct me if I'm mistaken). I agree with you about the door is preferable as a hatch (as opposed to being side-hinged), however I believe that in this case this was done to keep it in-line with the asymetrical design of the car.

I think your right. The Cube has been squarish since the 90s I believe, hence the name.

The Cube is the older design, though oddly the one that has aged better (IMHO it remains quite fresh today).

I never liked these. This is only a little improvment. A 4 door Wagon???? I thought that this was a hatch back.

facelift, features to make it NA-friendly and nissan execs have been back and forth on bringing the cube here anyway - will probably wind up being another stylish but shoddy nissan product

We get the next gen not this one, hence the 2008MY. Nissan wanted to see how the xB was going to do. Also, I don't think the current Cube would have passed safety regulations, it barely has a rear bumper.
