Well - I won't win this one... Damn you guys! :)
Anyway - here's my list. Tough choosing...
1. JBlair - I like everything about it. It looks a lot like a Porsche racecar, and the decals are VERY good (they're very hard to do). Plus the body work is all good, and the compositing is excellent.
2. PeterDesign - I think this is my favorite design of the contest, but it got second place from me because it didn't involve the amount of work as JBlair's work. I'm a fan of the 904, and your mobern version looks both like the original and modern at the same time. Also, the original 904 was a bit awkward in appearance, whereas yours looks sleek and beautiful.
3. Ascariss - Tough choice, but I gave it third place because it doesn't look as much like a racecar - sorta like a cross between a tuner car and a racecar. Very nice front end though. I also wasn't a fan of the ducts after the front wheels, and before the rear wheels.

Pandorama, your chop is very very good, much more than others, but it's probably the fourth choice for many people (it actually was my fourth choice). The line you added just over the wheel arcs deserves at least a few votes i think. Too bad we have only three votes this time.

I for one am sick and tired of people voting because they like the person, or because they are friends with them (though they never come out and say it). These contests are about quality of chops not about whether or not you are friends with someone. In your case, time should make NO difference, because every chopper is different and one chopper could turn out an amazing entry in no time at all. Something has to change with the voting rules in these contests, or I for one, will never participate in another one.

I can complain as much as I like sadly, since this is my board, but you should vote for quality of chops as well, not just because you like it.
Design and quality of work go hand in hand, if a chop looks cool. but seems rushed, it don't deserve first place. Quality of work is much harder to control than the design of the car. Keep that in mind folks and NOTE the contest rules will be changing for the next contest.

Come on people, chill out! We had the right to vote in what we think its better and following our own criteria. Even if the quality of the chop is amazing, but doesnt suit my style, or if i dont agree with the idea, then i think I shouldnt consider only the quality. And Ascariss, dont worry, this is an already won contest

JBlair: i hope you're not accusing me of behaving that way. I don't even know who the f**k NOM15 is (sorry for the language). I actually am not aware of having any friend on this forum. I stated my points very clearly so i will not add anymore about it.
Ascariss: i thought we were voting on what we like the most. I don't know of any rule on the contest stating what is allowed or not when voting appart of the "not vote for yourself" thing. If you think i voted on friendship, like JBlair seems to believe, you're just wrong. I've already explained my deciding criteria, which fits to yours in the main: quality above all. Take my entry as an example of that way of thinking. Why are you so angry about my votes?
I agree to change the rules if you feel it will improve the contests. I'd like to hear what Moorhouse has to say about this. He wrote the contest rules as far as i know.
alright look, im sure everybody here has their own way of voting. Now mines is like this, i look at how much work has been put onto the chop and how well the person blends all of the things together and i also look for realistic chops which i like much. The thing is that there are people here who enter the contest that arent that good chopping (including me) and dont get me wrong theres nuttin wrong with entering because u actually learn from others and if you didnt get any votes or whatever you know that for the next time you are gonna do the best of the best you can and keep on pushing yourself to be better and better everytime.
Now about "voting for friends" i actually do got friendz here that i talk to constantly and one of them is CPWerks maybe some of you see that mostly i vote for him and you think that i vote for him because well hes my friend, but no. I vote for him because i like his work MUCH and because to me he makes some great chops not all of them are good but most are.
Whenever i enter a contest YES it does hurt that nobody votes for you because u expect the best from ur chop and u think that ur chop is the best chop but nobody sees that and they dont look at it the same way you do. Also when i enter a contest i feel confident and happy because i like my chop, because i like how it turned out and i am satisfied with it, out of all the contest i have entered which they havent been that many i have never thought that my chop is bad or ugly, i always enter if i like my chop and if i am happy with it.
So com'on everybody dont feel that you did a bad job on ur chop, or dont feel that you are being cheated because we are all different and we all look at things in a different way than others.
Just chill and keep you head up!..............
