Quick job. When the previous E-Class was restyled, they slapt the CLK nose into it. Now I decided to put the E nose into this CLK, and tried to fix that windowline
Original

Facelift

Flawless, I love it. The new front actually fits the rather nicely. Almost reminds me of a CL for some reason. Great chop Sono.

As a chop, its totally seamless, and good!
I think the actual facelift would try and go away from the double circle lights, as this seems to be the current MB design trend.

It was hard to do because the lights on the two cars were in tottaly oposite directions... I think it looks better this way, and suits more the title of the thread, because MB always mess with the lower bumper in their facelifts...

Edit 1: Sorry, forgot to resize!

Modified by sono81 at 11:37 AM 1/28/2005

I like the first chop, I personally believe that that is the way it should look. Making the CLK have the same headlights as the C-class makes it look cheap. Mercedes should use that pic as a basis for the CLK. its great
