nice idea looks a bit square try taking more time when lassoing round things, this will giv a cleaner smoother chop,
the viper stripe look terrable,
colour change looks ok though apart from obviously the messy ness of it,
keep practicing

You seem to have gone to to the trouble of selecting the bodywork seperately for the colour change on each chop (If you look the selections are different). As I said elsewhere (that SUV you did) practise your selections a bit more. Then once you have got the bit you want, Copy and Paste to a new Layer, so you can seperate that bit from the rest of the pic to do what you want to do (in this case colour change). You can also save the selection by going to Select/Save Selection or just right-click on the Layer in the Layers Palette and pick Select Layer Transparency to effectivley reselect the bodywork any time you want.
Also, your stripes don't match the contours of the car; the colours aren't realistic (tweak these in Curves to bump up the contrast or Multiply your Layer, slapping an over-saturated red and yellow over the aluminium body work this car has just doesn't work; and the lowering just isn't feasible...look at the wheelarches, there isn't the room.
Sorry to be harsh, you just need the advice. Again, I said it before, but practice a bit more.
